The EU (Withdrawal) Bill was introduced into Parliament on 13 July 2017. On this page I have pulled together links to the Bill itself, key Bill-related texts, and official Government publications and parliamentary select committee reports on the Bill, along with blogposts that explain and analyse the Bill. I will update and add to the resources on this page as the Bill progresses through Parliament and as the debate about it develops. I anticipate that the volume of material published will be very great indeed, and I certainly do not intend this page to be a comprehensive resource. I will, however, add items that seem to me to be particularly significant or that otherwise catch my eye. In addition to the materials set out below, which are specifically concerned with the EU (Withdrawal) Bill, the House of Commons Library’s Brexit page contains links to a wealth of briefing papers on wide range of Brexit-related matters.
