My colleagues John Bell, Jason Varuhas, Shona Wilson Stark and I are co-convening the second Public Law Conference, which will be held in Cambridge later this year. The Public Law series aims to be a pre-eminent forum for the discussion of Public Law matters in the common law world. The theme for the second Public Law Conference is “The Unity of Public Law?”. The conference will bring together academics, judges and practitioners from a range of Public Law fields. We have now published the full line-up of over 70 speakers, drawn from a number of jurisdictions, including Australia, Canada, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa, the United Kingdom and the United States.
The conference will take place from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 September 2016. Further information can be found on the conference website.
